FOOTBALL TAILG8 PARTY

For a little boy who is turning eight and loves football, what could be better than a Tailg8 Party?  Crafty and clever Brittany, of Grey Grey Designs, designed this party for a client, and she packed it with ideas that you can use to style a fantastic football party, too!  From chenille letters to mimic football jackets to astroturf and grass details- with treats and games galore...this party is definitely a game winner!

Brittany wanted to incorporate a varsity feel with a vintage touch- and notice how turf and grass peek out of the displays...

The "old-school" colors of the paper cones held "Coin Toss Chocolates"- what a great idea!

Old-fashioned pies served in football shaped served up another touch of vintage...

There were lots of fabulous savory selections for this party, too!  We all know how football players need their energy!

The guests could take a halftime break at tables the were perfectly set for football fun!

Brittany made so many great signs for each station set-up.  An astro-turf football field backdrop for the food table, a Tailg8 sign, and a scoreboard for the favor table.

Using chenille letters for the backdrop and painted wooden letters also gave the party mom something to re-use in the birthday boy's room~ and how fun is the scoreboard that was handmade by Brittany?

Each child was given a muslin bag to use to choose favors from the favor station- I just love the vintage football image on the tag!

What a touchdown of a party!  Be sure to stop by GreyGrey Designs to see more action-packed fun from this Tailg8 Party!  There were games and food galore!  Thank you for sharing this party, Brittany!
