MICKEY MOUSE CARNIVAL

Kate Petronis blows me away with her cake designs and parties every time!  This Mickey Mouse Carnival Party (at Cinderella's Castle) combines her daughter's love for princesses and Mickey in a BIG way!  The cake itself is jaw-dropping...the details adorable...and the energy, talent and creativity of Kate- endless!

Kate designed, baked, and decorated this topsy-turvy, eye-popping, full-of-Disney-characters cake to celebrate her daughter's 3rd birthday!  It is just amazing!

I just love how so many characters are represented in the cake!  Kate says her daughter's favorite books are about the Disney characters, and they read them over and over.  I can only imagine how fun it is to see you mom make a cake for you that includes all of your storytime favorites!

I think if I were able to make a cake like this, it would be about the only thing that I could pull off for the party...but, no, Kate creates an entire party full of perfect details that wow you at every glance!  Such as the cake pops...

...and cupcakes!

Kate used the fabulous paper designs by Amanda's Parties to Go- they pop with vivid color and creativity!

I really love how dressed up the table settings were.  Kate included every little detail!  The chairs were covered in the cutest way, the plates couldn't get any better!

Because the party was a carnival, guests each received their tickets as they arrived and were encouraged to play lots of carnival games and to choose their prizes from the very decked-out prize table...

The Prize Table~

Notice how Kate spelled out OLIVIA's name by turning each letter into a Disney character!

There were so many prizes to choose- such as bubbles, frisbees, candy bars, and more!

Kate invited Mickey and Cinderella to the party (of course!)- I just love the look on the Birthday Girl's face when she is about to get a crown from Cinderella!

The party favor boxes are adorable~

And, here is gorgeous Kate with her beautiful and happy little Birthday Girl!  Thank you for sharing your amazing talents with us, Kate!  What a fun day for Olivia!!
