BACKYARD MOO-VIE PARTY

Invite your friends and neighbors over for some summertime  fun with a MOO-vie Night right in your backyard!  I had the pleasure of working with sweet mom, Beth, on an end-of-the-school-year party for her 4-year-old son and his classmates and teachers!  We brainstormed a few ideas and decided the COW theme was a perfect fit for moo-vies and the fact that the little host's favorite color is black!  It was MOO-velous to see them all having such a great time!

I sent Beth some ideas for party favors and she loved them ALL!  So, we decided to set up a favor table and let the children have one of each.  These party favors are so cute- I highly recommend each of the shops as they all are run so well with wonderful products and service!

The Milk Cartons, by The SonShine Company, were customized in the cutest ways- they even had cow tails!  We filled the cartons with candy Cow Tales, chocolate milk straws, and other treats and put each name on the straws~

The side of the carton was customized with the "family farm name" and date.  Don't you love those tails? The front of the carton wished the guests a "Moo-velous" Summer!

The favor table also included white chocolate cow lollipops from Suckers by Steph.  These were perfect and looked so cute in the hay bales~

The children also had their choice of lollipops covered in the cutest packaging!  Simple Tastes designed and assembled these lollies with cows on the front and a customized tag on the back!

The children could put them all in their gingham bags or their milk cartons.  There was a lot of excitement at the favor table!!

The children and their families spread out the blankets and enjoyed a dinner on the lawn before the movie.  The children also enjoyed a lot of running around and playing in the yard!  They all settled in for the Moo-vie with a movie bag made just for them!

I found a shop that makes these bags in white, but she was unable to take orders within the time frame that we needed.  I made these cow bags based on the design in her shop but used brown bags instead.

Washi tape held the tag on and the bags together.  Inside the bags were boxes of candy just like you would find at a movie theater (each family received a bag, not each child).  And, popcorn was served from an old-fashioned popcorn popper!

It was a beautiful and fun night to share with friends!  I was thrilled to be a part of it!
