Soar through the skies with this high-flying airplane party designed for twin boys!  Mariah, of Giggles Galore, cleverly planned everything from the boarding passes to baggage claim– with in~flight meals and a lot of fun in between!  So, buckle your seatbelts and enjoy!

I just love passing through all of the clouds!  No turbulence here!

Mariah made the clouds by using white butcher paper, batting, and her sewing machine!

The Propeller Pops are adorable and so easy!  Simply dip marshmallow in white chocolate and then sprinkles!  Tie with a ribbon to create the blades~The in~flight lunches were served right from a suitcase!

The paper cones for the popcorn couldn’t be cuter!

I love the clouds of cupcakes…

Pin the Propeller looks like a lot of fun and so does the airplane craft~ sure beats just watching a movie!

And, the guests were able to pick up their party favors at Baggage Claim as they departed~ fluffy white clouds of cotton candy…adorable!

What a party!  I know the birthday boys were on Cloud 9!

Thank you, Mariah, for sharing this fantastic party!  Find more party fun and more ideas from Mariah at Giggles Galore.

CAMILLE’S FIESTA ~ MEXICAN THEME BIRTHDAY PARTY IDEAS

Celebrating your birthday with a Mexican Fiesta is a sure way to have a great time!  My daughter and several of her friends had a ball with all of the bright colors and (hopefully) vivid memories of a beautiful party day full of fun!  Planning all of the party ideas and details was loads of fun- although we don’t claim to have everything authentically perfect- this is our take on a party that combines Mexican birthday party ideas with a young girl’s likes and wishes!  For instance, we know hedgehogs don’t hail from Mexico- but when she fell in love with a festive-looking hedgehog at a local shop, we decided the hedgehog would make a perfectly fun party favor!  So read on and enjoy- and hopefully you will find an idea or two that you can use for a Mexican-themed party or even a Cinco de Mayo celebration, too- and inspiration to incorporate ideas that make your party perfectly-suited for the birthday child!

LILLY PULITZER CAKE DECORATING FLAMINGO BIRTHDAY PARTY IDEAS

There is nothing like the bright colors and happy prints of Lilly Pulitzer to make every day feel like a party!  For my daughter’s 12th birthday party, she wanted to decorate cakes~ Lilly-style!  So, in order to decide how to mesh the two, I kept thinking “if Lilly had a cake shop instead of a juice stand”… I have to admit, this was one fun party to plan!  It is a blast to see where ideas go in the hands of a TWEEN!  Enjoy and remember, “…being happy never goes out of style!”.

CAMILLE’S CLUBHOUSE ~ Confectionery, Soda Shoppe, Spa

My daughter had lots of ideas of what she wanted to do to celebrate her 10th birthday!  She wanted to have lots of cookies~ and have a soda shoppe ~ and set up a spa for nail painting!  With so many ideas, I knew we should come up with something that would tie it all together.  And, that is how Camille’s Clubhouse became the theme- the Clubhouse is where you can find lots of her favorite things!  We sent invitations with a an insert that had a “password” that had to be unscrambled and brought to the party for “entry”.  That was an easy way to get the guests involved before the party even started!
