A Sweet Shoppe birthday party for a Sweet Birthday Girl is vibrant, playful and full of sweet fun!  Mom Stephanie created this deliciously darling party for her daughter and turned the day into one her daughter and friends will always remember!  With hot pink, lime green, and aqua as the color scheme, Stephanie delights with a twist of colors and flavors that leave you wishing for just one taste from this adorable Sweet Shoppe!

The desserts included rainbow fruit skewers, dipped Oreo’s and strawberry sprinkle cupcakes with pink bubblegum frosting and aqua cotton candy frosting.

Marshmallow Pops, Pixie Stix, and Candy Buttons are always a welcome treat at a Sweet Shoppe!

One of the biggest hits at the party were the jars with cupcake liners decorating the tops.  I love the simple idea that dressed up the jars in the cutest (and easiest) way!  Add lemonade and a striped straw!

Other drink choices were available and dolled-up for the party!

Chevron favor bags were on hand to give the girls a stylish place to store their treats and to hold a few extra surprises like crazy straws and flavored lip balms!

What a vibrant and fun party!  Stephanie even made an outfit to match the party colors!  Her skirt looks like a cupcake!  I love it that it was made by her mom- what a sweet detail!

Thank you for sharing your fabulously sweet party with us, Stephanie!  You can find more about this party at Stephanie’s blog, A Pocket Full of Buttons.

CAMILLE’S FIESTA ~ MEXICAN THEME BIRTHDAY PARTY IDEAS

Celebrating your birthday with a Mexican Fiesta is a sure way to have a great time!  My daughter and several of her friends had a ball with all of the bright colors and (hopefully) vivid memories of a beautiful party day full of fun!  Planning all of the party ideas and details was loads of fun- although we don’t claim to have everything authentically perfect- this is our take on a party that combines Mexican birthday party ideas with a young girl’s likes and wishes!  For instance, we know hedgehogs don’t hail from Mexico- but when she fell in love with a festive-looking hedgehog at a local shop, we decided the hedgehog would make a perfectly fun party favor!  So read on and enjoy- and hopefully you will find an idea or two that you can use for a Mexican-themed party or even a Cinco de Mayo celebration, too- and inspiration to incorporate ideas that make your party perfectly-suited for the birthday child!
