“Be our guest, be our guest…” at this magnificent Belle Birthday Party by Nikka of Triple M Good Parties! This beautiful party (for Nikka’s daughter) is loaded with fabulous birthday party ideas for celebrating with Beauty and the Beast or any princess-theme! A fabulous backdrop (that took 9 hours to make!), shimmery glittered accents, and so many gorgeous party details make this a show-stopping stunner of a party! Enjoy!

The place settings are gorgeous…

The cookies and other desserts are beautiful~

The PINK CANDIED APPLES are one of my favorite details~ so pretty!

The edible “Chip” saucer with bubbles is the cutest!Nikka offered lovely cake pops to the guests, too~

Red rose lollipops were a perfect choice for the theme…

As were these lovely chocolate/fondant covered Oreos!

The cake was tiered and beautiful with a sweet topper!

Nikka carried out the rose accents on the chair-backs, too.  The roses add such a great decorative touch to the party room!

Nikka tells more about the party in her own words…

All the girls received a beautiful scroll invite to be our guest at Mayson’s
birthday. When the girls arrived they got their face painted to match their
lovely princess dresses. They each had a seat reserved just for them.
Each place setting came with a sparkly plate,a rose princess necklace,
an edible Chip cup with bubbles, and an after lunch rose hand soap.
The princesses were giddy with excitement and soon the laughter
and silliness began. We all had a beauty of a time!

CAMILLE’S FIESTA ~ MEXICAN THEME BIRTHDAY PARTY IDEAS

Celebrating your birthday with a Mexican Fiesta is a sure way to have a great time!  My daughter and several of her friends had a ball with all of the bright colors and (hopefully) vivid memories of a beautiful party day full of fun!  Planning all of the party ideas and details was loads of fun- although we don’t claim to have everything authentically perfect- this is our take on a party that combines Mexican birthday party ideas with a young girl’s likes and wishes!  For instance, we know hedgehogs don’t hail from Mexico- but when she fell in love with a festive-looking hedgehog at a local shop, we decided the hedgehog would make a perfectly fun party favor!  So read on and enjoy- and hopefully you will find an idea or two that you can use for a Mexican-themed party or even a Cinco de Mayo celebration, too- and inspiration to incorporate ideas that make your party perfectly-suited for the birthday child!

LILLY PULITZER CAKE DECORATING FLAMINGO BIRTHDAY PARTY IDEAS

There is nothing like the bright colors and happy prints of Lilly Pulitzer to make every day feel like a party!  For my daughter’s 12th birthday party, she wanted to decorate cakes~ Lilly-style!  So, in order to decide how to mesh the two, I kept thinking “if Lilly had a cake shop instead of a juice stand”… I have to admit, this was one fun party to plan!  It is a blast to see where ideas go in the hands of a TWEEN!  Enjoy and remember, “…being happy never goes out of style!”.

Birthday Party Ideas for a Teen- How to Celebrate a TEEN

Wow! My daughter turned into a teen!  Sometimes it can be tricky to decide what to do to celebrate this milestone.  I wanted to share with you some ideas that may help if you want to mark the occasion but also keep it low-key.  At first, my daughter wanted to have a very large sleepover to celebrate.  I loved it that she wanted to include everyone she knew, but laughed at the thought of trying to corral close to 30 tweens and teens! So, I told her she could have a little, bitty, teeny sleepover and her “real” party could be bubble soccer (which she had been begging to do at this huge sleepover she was planning ).  So, realizing the play on words with a “teeny” party, we went with the TEENY theme and used as many miniature things as we could.  It was such a fun theme and the ideas could go on forever…but this is what we decided on for her teeny, little sleepover.
