Everyone loves to express themselves and EMOJIs make it more fun than ever! These birthday party ideas, with Emojis as the theme, appeal to such a wide range of ages. I know it is often difficult to find a theme for older kids (tweens and teens), and so this party by Lillian Hope Designs is a perfect way to celebrate with something everyone can agree on…who can deny the charm of these little yellow faces with heart eyes and cute smiles? I also love the fact that they translate so well into fun desserts and treats! These Emoji Cookies are just the best!
This adorable Bunny Party is so perfect for spring! It is, of course, fabulous for Easter…but also for a Bunny Birthday! I love the theme “Some Bunny’s Turning…” or “Some Bunny’s Having a Birthday!”. These photos from Lillian Hope Designs show you how to create a beautiful spring dessert table using sweet designs and easy-to find treats! And, the printables are FREE over at Lillian Hope Designs!!
If there is one word I would use to describe Tiffany from Fizzy Party, it would be FUN! Tiffany is always full of energy and this Easter party lets her energetic self shine through! Check out the super-fun, bright, and cheerful colors that Tiffany opted for…no soft pastels here. I love these adorable baby chicks! Some are hatching and some are dressed and ready for spring! I hand-painted each one with non-toxic paint and sealant. They fit perfectly inside of plastic Easter eggs and they look so sweet in Easter baskets! Here is my shop on Etsy if you would like to take some home with you! 🙂 I also think these hatching chicks would be SO CUTE at a Farm Birthday Party and at baby showers!! Let me know what you think!

This summer, I was so excited to get to hang out with Loralee Lewis in Utah for a day! Loralee was in the middle of designing a photo shoot to show her Swan Lake paper collection…and she pulled out all the stops to create such beautiful imagery to go along with the gorgeous designs she put to paper! I laughed as she told me about the swan pinata she was handmaking…and the lovely tulle dresses she had in mind…and the rainboots that she was spray painting gold for the girls. Needless to say, I couldn’t wait to see it all come together! It is even more beautiful than I could have imagined it would be, and I am thrilled to share it with you!
There is nothing like the bright colors and happy prints of Lilly Pulitzer to make every day feel like a party! For my daughter’s 12th birthday party, she wanted to decorate cakes~ Lilly-style! So, in order to decide how to mesh the two, I kept thinking “if Lilly had a cake shop instead of a juice stand”… I have to admit, this was one fun party to plan! It is a blast to see where ideas go in the hands of a TWEEN! Enjoy and remember, “…being happy never goes out of style!”.
